General Tamas Sipos, The Healer, The Man of the Masses, The Crusader.
Nicknames: The Doctor, The Man of the People, The Face of Change, The Heart of the Astarte.
Sipos leads the Astarte Medical Corps. A political pariah, Sipos is the most outspoken member of the party high command and has earned the loyalty of most of the remaining loyalist masses. He preaches change and has forced reforms to limit military power over civilian populations, ensure the rights of half-humans with the support of the Steiners, and has forced the merciful treatment of remaining Inhumans. Sipos is a man of dedication, conviction, and faith, having served as a medic, charging with his men unarmed, refusing to bear arms, to fight, to kill. He is a war hero, extremely decorated, and known for saving hundreds of lives from the hells of war. He has so much support from the people and troops that he is virtually untouchable and could probably force himself into a moral, formal leadership of the party if he had any ambition for control. He excels in various surgeries but has turned his focus to helping to restore soldiers’ appearances to better fit into society while still supporting the normalization of severe injuries to those he can’t help.
Sipos is tall, with once-handsome features weathered by countless injuries and age. The second oldest member of the high command. Both his arms and left leg have some degree of prosthetics and has been heavily burned. As broken as he is, he forces himself to stand tall despite the pain and moves with the confidence of a man who met the mechanized death of war unarmed and unafraid. He wears short-sleeved, low-cut uniforms to show off his injuries but dislikes displaying his medals outside formal occasions. He forgoes a hat and often wears standard fatigues with his corps. He shows people the scars of war and urges that veterans who sacrificed so much for Axandria not be looked down upon for their sacrifices and works towards normalizing the grievous injuries of war. General Dolman, Joost, and Kanandy custom-built his prosthetics, and, through magic and technology, they’ve restored most of his finger, hand, and arm mobility, allowing this master surgeon to practice his craft.
