Dianne Louie: Hero, Geist, Special Action Team. 

Nicknames: Geist, The Kinetic, The UFO, and The Controller. 

Dianne is an average-height woman with short black hair, bright pink eyes, and dark makeup. Wearing a sleek canvas jumpsuit, an SAT Federal Enforcement Ballistic Vest, a long ballistic weave trenchcoat, goggles, and a duty belt with a Nerve Disruptor pistol, standard-issue pistol, radio, Narrative-Suppressing Cuffs, and a stun baton. She’s generally seen wearing wired earbuds, chewing gum, and with a smirk that can be quite annoying when she’s fighting you. 

Geist works for the SAT federal task force set to combat and assist local law enforcement against Narratives in conjunction with Hero support. She is a powerful telekinetic, generally flying about on a large metal disk and sending forth tungsten ball bearings like angry hornets. Able to lift a total of ten tons at a time, she can lift most criminals, apply kinetic body holds, and otherwise disable most suspects with ease. She has issues with authority outside of the SAT and doesn’t like heroes overstepping their authority. She loves loud music and mixes goth and punk in her civilian style, though she almost always wears sunglasses or tinted lenses to cover up her eyes.
