Origin Class: Old World Stains.  

Appearance: Tork Sorrin arch-magi of Kai’Drona, corrupted and fallen to necromancy he was obsessed with overcoming death to reclaim what was lost to him and in part as vengeance for a society that had turned against him. A circlet of tarnishing silver with pearls carved into crow skulls with tiny sapphires in their eye sockets. He died fighting against heroes consumed with hatred for the judgmental Travinter.

Blood and Power: Those channeling this relic recover expended spell energy when killing with magic. Tearing the power back from the death throes of your foes.
