Howard Leer: Supervillain, Haze, Tormented. 

Nicknames: Haze, The Frail, The Haunted, and The Psychedelic.  

Howard Leer is emaciated, covered in scars; bags weigh heavy on his face, and he looks dozens of years older than he is. He wears a specialized bio-containment suit with controllable vents with an oblique glass face cover. His body is covered in claw scars from his powers’ self-inflicted psychosis.  

Haze is a powerful Narrative with little control of his power his sweat vaporizes when coming in contact with oxygen producing a hallucinogenic gas, his blood can induce extended states of psychosis, and his breath is tainted with one of the most powerful narcotics which has been synthesized into a strong non-addictive pain management drug. Haze can cover blocks in his haze, leaving thousands in a living nightmare. He serves as one of Overwatch’s Narrative Minions.
