Angela Langon: Superhero, Dispatch, Utility, and The Voice. 

Nicknames: Dispatch, Speaker, Manager. 

Angela Langon, the hero known as Dispatch, is a member of the League’s Rear Echelon support and utility division. She dresses in a tight utility suit and sits in a specialized sensory deprivation chamber equipped with coms for the whole of the League. Dispatch generally has specialized psi-amps built into a helmet. She does not have a secret identity, and Angela Langon is at least on paper dead. 

Dispatch is a vital member of the League, with narrative-enhanced intelligence and a superhuman ability to connect with people while simultaneously taking in and processing the sensory data of the entire League. When connected with her brother, she can tie in his abilities, combining their powers and mental acuity to organize, deploy, and manage the League’s resources. Dispatch can speak with those she’s connected to and receive projected thoughts, serving as the League’s primary communication system.
