Villains of Bastille: Tamas Idegen, The Doctor.

Tamas Idegen: Supervillain, The Doctor, The Stranger, The Shadow, and The Lightning Struck.

Nicknames: The Doctor, The Man in White, The Stranger in the Shadow, The Astarte.

Tamas Idegen, the villain referred to as The Doctor or the Good Doctor by his terrified victims. A man of unfettered science, a prodigy of the Research and Occult divisions of the collapsed Axandrian Astarte. Shadow clings to his skin like oil. A starch white coat hangs off an ample body, and pearly white teeth gleam with captured moonlight even in absolute darkness. His eyes have started to turn a milky white, leaving him with irises like a crescent moon of blood red that glows with Famill. Messy short blonde hair languishes to white, and he wears business wear, including a tie.

The Doctor, Rose, in the collapse of the Astarte, seized research and assets as the Nine razed their authoritarian state. He holds the occult and scientific knowledge of an empire that had nearly pushed the Gods to ruin, and now he stands as the most dangerous supervillain in Bastille. He supplies many outlaws, criminals, and villainous organizations with technology, magic, and gear, seeking to rebuild the fallen Empire under his unmatched intellect. He wields the Dead Book, commanding hordes of the Dread Heralds, Flayed Ones, Depthless, Halok, and magic beyond mortal imagination. He commands Vampires, Lycanthropes, and Undead. He dehumanizes, steals dignity, flesh, and even soul. He fears only the Nine and has gone toe to toe with the whole of the League of Light until the arrival of the Nine forced his retreat. He now leads a shadow war, doing his best to distract the League and the Nine as he amasses power.
