Once a mortal man, a scientist, who studied the stars and named a viable world after himself. He entered politics fighting against corporate interests, secured a populist victory, and led his people towards peace and prosperity. He led the design and construction of great Arkships that would carry the many species of Ithia away from their dying world. Ascending Divinity, Hal Dayes retired after decades of leadership and fine-tuning the laws. He now supports various philanthropic causes, pursues scientific inquiry, and advises leaders in need. Zatolen has inducted him into the Fates as the God of Science and Peace. 

Hal is a modest man who wouldn’t stand out in most crowds. A black-haired man with grey streaks, glasses, and looking like a forty-year-old who feels sixty. He dresses for comfort and practicality.  The only remarkable thing about him is his eyes, which glow with Famill, burning the creative power of a trillion mortal minds in a grey-purple haze.
