General Jozsef Dolman, The Occultist, The Old Man, The Bane.
Nicknames: The Mage, The Summoner, The Darkbane, The Mad.
Jozsef is the powerful leader of the Astarte Occultist division tasked with recovering relics, artifacts, and arcana of the old world. He is the oldest member of the Astarte high command, and because he is supposed to keep remaining supernatural threats suppressed, many think he lacks power compared to General Domonkos. He commands Old World and New World magic and has a wide collection of relics, artifacts, and enchanted items. He puts his trust only in General Lieutenant Beatrix Ragadozoa, who is believed to be some form of lycanthrope, as she leaves little more than blood in her wake. He is one of the more stable members of high command and makes a solid alliance as he seeks little political power.
Jozsef is a slight man with greying hair and blue eyes so pale they’re almost white-grey, barely visible against the whites of his eyes. He wears rough, outdated uniforms, unlike modern generals, and decorates them with occult symbols, arcane items, and mundane trinkets he tries to infuse with new power. He walks with a limp, as his leg was amputated and grafted back on once the damaged bone was removed. He relies heavily on his sleek black cane, topped with the head of some tentacled monster wrought in silver. He is strangely polite for the various monsters and madmen that make up his peers.
