Slen the Crispy, The Feather Mage, The Enchanter, The Merchant.

Nicknames: The Mercury Brimmed, The Hattery, The Merchant.

Slen the Crispy is a powerful Feather Mage wielder of Doodle magic. Slen has the unique ability to charge items of import, turning them into relics far more easily than any other being. One of the most enterprising Doodles, he runs a hat museum, a store of relics, artifacts, and other enchanted items, and maintains a large bird bath for doodles to wade in. Slen the Crispy is one of the more influential Doodles in Axandria, holding an equal political and social power in the Doodle community to Downy the Soft and Puddles the Doughy.

Slen has a reddish tint to his feathers, giving him a unique look among the brown and green Dollidoos. His left wing has been burned badly enough; most of it is little more than bone and scar tissue. Burn scars run along his shoulder up to his face, stopping just below the eye, leaving a large strip of his body bald. Never lacking a hat and with a cane specially designed to fit the wing claws of a dollidoo.
