Relic Name: The Salty Sailor.

Origin Class: Slen’s Hattery.
Appearance: A small boater hat of straw. A single strip of starch-white cloth is wrapped around it, with a burned blue feather tucked into it. It’s too small to fit on most adults but looks perfect for a dollidoo.
Phenomenal Traits:
Salty Dog: When lifted off one’s head, one will find a piece of saltwater taffy.
Emergency Flotation Device: When channeling this relic, the wearer can make it buoyant enough to lift a ton in water.
