Known as Bluebell, The Summoning, The Veilbreaker, The Oddity, Lady of Enchantments, Lady of the Portals. 

Bluebell is a unique Oberous being, the only female of the species. She has soft blue skin, long violet hair, and a dress made of diamond bluebells that forms formidable armor enchanted against shattering; she glides through Creation in this most fashionable adamant armor. She is graceful, poised, and wears a porcelain mask with the face of a standard Oberous. She speaks in the voices of a whisper of a plane on wood, the thunder of hammers, the hiss of quenching metal, the almost quiet clack of knitting, and other crafts. 

Bluebell is poised, refined, skillfully quiet, letting her work and actions speak for her. She rarely speaks unless it’s about craft and can be overly chatty about all means of creation. She is the princess consort of Queen Alexandria Gildalit and serves as her personal summoner and enchanter. She often relies on summoning fairies and outsider servants rather than engaging herself. Though if forced to, she has a nearly indestructible dress and a very big, studded club.
