Doctor Oslo Ambre: Head of the Sarabrand Asylum, Awakened Dead, Lightning-Powered.  

Nicknames: Volt, Amperage, The Mad Doctor, Plague Breath.  

Doctor Oslo Ambre is an agent of Morganna Moonfall and a dangerous undead awakened by the dark sorceress. A once compassionate mind, the plague turned this flesh cruel, and Morganna gave it dozens of tattered remnants of souls from the pits of Viwrath. He has spent his time using Drama to twist the Asylum into his nightmarish domain of nightmarish abominations, vents of aerosolized plague, and augmented undead. It corrupts the grounds of the Asylum, and it has leaked into the waters of Gort Mor. He is believed to have made mutations that cause certain undead to sweat plague and release clouds of aerosolized plague, making their mere presence spread undeath.  

Robed in a crisp white robe, a white apron splotched in dry red-brown splotches, and always splattered in fresh or coagulated gore. His jaw has been wired into a wide, twisted smile, and his eyelids have been removed, so his eyes are always open. A rusted bone saw dangles from thin meat hooks bound to his belt along with various butcher knives. Metal coils have been driven into his back, and lightning arcs between the coils before discharging towards the nearest living body in a sickly green light. While in his lab, he bursts around it in flashes of lightning, vents spewing poison and plague, darkness encroaching. But don’t worry. The Doctor is always in.
