Demons of the Circle of Chaos serve Thom the Unbound. Their plane is a great expanse of twisting biomes of white sand and snow. Black trees and mountains rise like grim shadows to break up the endless white. Glass structures rise in twisted ways where vents of fire heat sand that builds up over time. Rivers of rusty iron dust run along where the biomes meet, and pillars of salt rise to hold the city of Chaos built upon a broken flat moon bound together in chains. It has the fewest number of demon types but the most named ones.
Demonic Rogue: These demons have rust red skin, sleek horns, and are donned in patchwork dark blues, greys, and greens. They carry long vicious knives coated in poison from their deadly fangs. They are swift, quiet, and deadly, stalking the endless sands as dark mountains of Chaos for intruders.
Demonic Thief: These demons have rust-red skin, short, stubby horns, and thin bodies. Donned in padded armor that shifts to match the background colors, they lead raid parties to pillage, drink, wealth, and trophies from the other circles; their favorite is messing with Greed. They can teleport small objects that could fit in their palm into their hands and wield demon-forged daggers for close-quarter combat. They are rowdy and chaotic servants of Thom.
Demonic Raider: These larger rust-skinned demons stand with one horn arching up into a half heart. Encased in armor that is half black and half white, they carry massive Demonforged axes and command longships drawn by dozens of hell-horses across the endless sands. They raid and pillage the other circles, reveling in battle, drink, and conquest. They make up the main muscle of the Chaos demons. They can summon floods of sand to draw their raiding ships across foreign territory, blow horns that sunder doors, and recover injuries with drink. They are empowered by destruction, ruin, and chaos around them, entering manic berserk states when the chaos grows great enough.
Chaos Demon: These demons have salt white armor covering their thin bodies. Black chains dangle from them, shattered in the middle. Rusted shackles bind their wrists to chains attaching to their hellforged weapons. Chaos demons can, for brief moments, break fundamental rules such as gravity, conservation of energy, and momentum. They can only do so in the demonic planes, though.
