Gods of Ithia: Jeoseung.

Jeoseung. Spirit Escort, Death, and Peace.

Known as the Jeoseung, The Lion, The Peace Binder, The Escort, and The Beginning of Ends.

The Jeoseung Saja is the Vigint spirit of death; it escorts those who deny the gods to Viwrath. Portrayed as a great, colorful lion with massive eyes and too large teeth. It’s great, mane runs down from its head in a river of fluff covering its body like a sheep fleece in a rainbow of color. Its great paws leave colorful trails for spirits to follow, burning with Famill light. The Saja also takes the form of a man in a black hanbok and a gat hat. Its face is obscured, but its feet leave a trail of color to lead spirits to the afterlife.

Jeoseung Saja a spirit born of a piece of the very essence of the Fae Queen of the Death Court walks as a guide for the dead where the Gods are denied. He is a guide for the lost, a symbol of both ends and beginnings, for his trail might lead souls to the afterlife but also show the way back to life. He is patient, impersonal, and strangely compassionate, leading spirits in their own time.
