Gorgons the demi-god descendants of Malisara are powerful serpentine creatures with the upper bodies of a woman. Longscale and Shortscale are determinations of weather the upper body is scaled or mammalian in appearance. While Gorgons have long snakelike tails while Gorgonettes have humanoid legs. Gorgons are most easily identified by the writhing nest of serpents growing from their heads. In addition, a rare circumstance has caused the crossbreeds of Siren and Gorgon. All gorgons’ serpents are venomous though most Gorgons themselves are not. 

Gorgon Idols are the full demi-god offspring of Malisara they lack the iconic living serpent hair. They sport two large serpents coming from their backs, a cobralike hood running up behind their shoulders and attaching at the back of their head often hidden by their hair from behind. They have long serpentine tails with scales as green and polished as emeralds. They release potent pheromones that cause obsession, attraction, and lust in mammalian humanoids. Their gaze causes death, and their bites petrify victims though the can switch to a secondary gland that cures petrification if they wish to free a victim to serve as a thrall or food. 

Errite Gorgons are prophets of Malisara with full body scales of gleaming gold. They have nests of writhing vipers for hair and an affinity at controlling serpents. Their appearance creates an unnatural sense of greed and to meet their gaze causes victims’ skin to turn to gold. They lead and serve what few Gorgon Idols exist. 

Marble Gorgons are dark mistresses of the Gorgon community capable of lesser petrification in those who look iconic for their marble white skin and blood red scales on their tails and serpents.  The most common of the Gorgons with lethal gazes. Marble Gorgonettes are physically weaker with marble white skin on their full humanoid bodies distinguished by their blood red serpents writhing on their heads. 

Longscale Gorgons are fully scaled from tail to serpent topped heads. They have a range of scales with a mixture of blue and green pigments. Their bellies, chest, neck, and faces are white as well as various markings. When making eye contact with someone they are encased in all the spite they’ve earned from those they’ve wronged, and they can only find freedom if all those they’ve wronged pass away or one forgives them. 

Shortscale Gorgons have long green tails and serpents for their hair. They have soft tan skin on their torsos. When making eye contact, they can enthrall their prey with burning sensations of lust and love. 

Longscale Gorgonettes have deep green scales all over their bodies with softer browns on their front facing stomach, legs, chest, arms, and face. When making direct eye contact, they can stun their prey for short periods of time. 

Shortscale Gorgonettes are mostly mammalian with scales on their forearms and calves. They have colorful hair and often rely on seduction as one of the weakest of Gorgons. Their gaze enthralls prey with lust and love and are the main breeding stock of the Gorgons as they can spawn Gorgons with mortal mammalian males.  

Gorgonite Sirens are a crossbreed of Gorgon and Siren sporting large leathery wings, full black scales, blood red serpents for their hair, their voices enthrall, their gaze stuns, and their screeches causes disorientation, pain, and confusion. 

Gorgite Sirens are a crossbreed of Gorgon and Siren sporting large leathery wings, arms with clawed fingers, and long serpent tails. Their torsos are mostly mammalian. They have short horns and have no serpentine hair. Their voices cause the unfaithful, liars, and deceitful to gain a feeling of intoxication and approach these creatures often being lured off cliffsides.
