Writing Worlds with Words

Gods of Ithia: Sultria The Unspoken One.

Sultria. Goddess of Unspoken Things, Obsession, Unnamed Things, What Lies in Darkness, Horrors, Monsters, and The Underworld.

Known across the plane as Sultria, The Unspoken One, The Lady of Horrors, The Nightterror, The Mother of Monsters, She Who Dwells, The Haunting, The Queen of Malice, The Lady of the Damned, and The Bane of Gods. Daughter of Haltheris and Zale.

Her Symbol is The End Times – A Broken hourglass spilling forth a wave of grasping hands to devour the world.

Sultria is beauty not the beauties of her mother who is Love or her aunt Vexia who is Lust. She is the beauty of obsessive need; her appearance is weaponized beauty causing mortals to go mad with want. She is a drowning presence that leaves room in waking and sleeping thoughts for but one… Sultria. When people see past the glamour, she is deathly pale with violet hair draped across the webless wings of a dragon, a great thorned tail of briars thrashes behind her, horns run up from her neck to the crest of her head where a fiery eye watches the world.

Sultria is the most powerful of the Lesser Gods punching in the same weight class as her Father Hatheris, twisting the Greatest of Gods to her will, she is the creeping doom commanding armies of twisted monsters of her own design. Every monster born of her, every nightmare spawned by her malice, ever terror her sly touch. Sultria is held back solely by Zatolen and the Creator Gods and listens only to Mire’s advice. Sultria grants her divine servants the power to create monsters and creatures of her design, Bind Words in a limited area of effect from being spoken, imbue themselves with terrifying visages, protect the mind from unnatural effects, and fog the mind limiting access to memories.
