*The Celestials or Coelestis Exercitus, servants of the Gods, are divided into Solnatus, who serve the Seir’Ald, Orbisliberi, who serve the Powers, and Astrumortus, who serve the Fates.
The Solnatus of Tal Sai and Tal Syll are the Raven Ladies and Lords. They are tall, long-limbed, too thin, with cloaks of raven feathers, and a crown of carved beaks. Maids wear veils of deadly nightshade petals, and the Lords wear ivory masks. They have hunched forms, and their hands are like most humanoids, with their pinkies being replaced with deadly talons with a hollow for lacing with poison. Raven Ladies have black feathers, while Lords are albino with white cloaks.
Raven Lords and Ladies are fragile, but their arms are powerful, have incredible reach, and can punch their talons through the layers of armor of a fully geared knight. They are powerful spell casters, chemists, brewers of poison and potions, and weavers of enchantment.
Raven Lords and Ladies are creatures of ceremony, weavers of spells, potions, and enchantment, providing the Coelestis hordes with potions and enchantments for their gear produced by the Kilnkeeper. They serve as frontline casters striking down foes with their deadly talons and loosing spells to sow chaos in enemy ranks. They live in swamps, graveyards, and deal in their crafts with mortals on behalf of their Gods.
The Raven Ladies and Lords come in ranks of power and status.
Ladies – Queen of Corvids, Princess of Poisons, Lady of Wings, and Maid of Feathers.
Lords – King of Corvids, Prince of Knives, Lord of Wings, and Knave of Feathers.
