*The Celestials or Coelestis Exercitus, servants of the Gods, are divided into Solnatus, who serve the Seir’Ald, Orbisliberi, who serve the Powers, and Astrumortus, who serve the Fates.
The Astrumortus of Daltmot, the Unmakers, are tall, bulky, and skinless creatures of ever-blood weeping flesh. A great rack of Antlers extends from their heads, the weight of which shows signs of splitting their skull open, their head separating in the middle slowly. Long iron nails have been driven into them to keep their heads together, giving them an appearance of having a second mouth with iron teeth on the crest of their heads. They have long wolf-like snouts with teeth like a saw blade, septic saliva oozing from between each short, jagged fang. They have too-long arms ending in long claws, which they keep sheathed in their torso, keeping them coated in their caustic blood. They have hooves at the ends of their feet, giving them a twisted, unsteady step.
Unmaker are extremely strong, vulnerable exclusively to fire, and tireless. They are agents of terror, discord, and wanton ruin, seeking to cause pain and suffering wherever they go and feeding off it, growing stronger as the world grows more discordant. Their bite is highly septic, their blood corrosive, and they can spit forth clouds of flies that bite and harass victims. Food and drink rot and grow stagnant near these vile creatures; wine turns to vinegar, milk and spilt blood curdles. They can create gold that appears real until the next sunrise, when it turns to rust.
Unmakers are servants of Daltmot, monsters tasked to spread discord, ruin, and pit mortality against itself. They rarely reveal themselves to those they don’t plan on culling. They whisper, plot, and twist mortals, spread discord, spread rumors, and turn people against each other.
The Unmaker come in ranks of status and power, including Betrayer, Deceiver, Speaker, and Observer.
