*The Celestials or Coelestis Exercitus, servants of the Gods, are divided into Solnatus, who serve the Seir’Ald, Orbisliberi, who serve the Powers, and Astrumortus, who serve the Fates.
The Astrumortus of Burnsk are the Kilnkeeper. They are short creatures of terracotta, clay, or porcelain, highly detailed with six eyes, each a different magnification, allowing for observing crafts and applying fine details. They have large moustaches and fine, sleek uniforms chiseled into them. The Kilnkeepers’ abs are open spaces with a small kiln, where they can control the temperature for heating metal and baking clay.
The Kilnkeepers are highly durable, made of steel-like terracotta, clay, and porcelain, and only blunt force has a hope of damaging their thick, hard skin. They can project powerful flares of smelting fire and quickly identify poor-quality materials, weak design points, and other flaws.
The Kilnkeeper are master craftsmen tasked with creating the furnishings, decorations, and minor artifacts for the Gods. They make most of the equipment of the Coelestis and what gear Dwar’Vic doesn’t have time to produce. They specialize in fine detail and extreme quality.
The Kilnkeepers come in ranks of Status and Power, including Master, Journeyman, Apprentice, and Kiln.
