The Taikai. Nature Spirit of the Volcano Taikai, Spirit of New Islands, Lava, and Fire. 

Known as Taikai, The Ring of Fire, The Great Fire Breather, and The Fire Wound. 

Taikai’s main body is a great Volcano in Dodicerous. A large mountain surrounded by rocky wastes and volcanic ejecta forms a ring of mountains. His spirit form is a massive volcanic flow of lava, poisonous gas, and ash, like some great slug. A body rises by forming dozens of tendril arms of molten earth and a small head with long eyestalks. 

Taikai is wrathful but not vicious; if appeased, his rage is kept safely within the ring of Fire, and even those who live within his ring can find safe living if they give proper sacrifice. Taikai is fire, he is endings, new beginnings, he is the shaping of lands, and the salvation from the cold.
