Known as Storia the Cloudy Queen, The Wandering Dragon, The Valiant Lady, The Sky Render, The Eye of the Storm, and The Hurricane.  

Storia was the secondborn of the Vaal’Koi’Ta. She has scales a deep blue like sodalite with white trim. She glimmers and shines, flying through the sky, sleeping on clouds, and when not traveling, dwelling in her homes deep beneath the waves, safe from all but other Blue Dragons. She likes to wear wreaths of flowers and keeps barding for when she charges off on adventure! She takes the form of a large bronze-skinned, blue-elf, heavily muscled, and with an eternal grin, all that is visible beneath her helmet. Her plate armor is beautiful, enameled in blue and painted with holy scenes from her father. She wields the legendary sword, its blade the jagged shape of a lightning bolt called Draconic Smite.  

The Cloudy Queen is boisterous, known for her bragging, drinking, and brawling. She is a dreamer, a traveler, and seeks novelty with unyielding lust. She occasionally turns flirty when meeting particularly valiant and mighty heroes, regardless of their gender. She often poses as a fresh hero to keep watch on newbies and help them get on their feet before they die pointlessly. She keeps various aquatic species and kobolds in her multiple domains on the ocean floors.
