Archichast are powerful White Elven arcane wielders of Order. They draw power in shape, structure, and law, strongest in well-maintained and ruled cities. They are beings of absolute law and order, structure, and control, making up much of the White Elf leadership. They keep their cities protected from almost all offensive measures and maintain order despite overwhelming power.  

Archichasts draw strength from architectural features that help them brace spells, making them challenging to dispel or resist. Symbols of Intricate Groups, Orders, and Organizations give them the raw power of numbers and access to more conceptual spells over raw magic, and Laws allow them to cement their power, protecting themselves against unlawful action. Archicasts are powerful but are greatly weakened the further from highly structured societies and can be left powerless in distant wilderness.  

The Archichasts are highly ordered and hierarchical, and are primarily familiar with the ruling classes, teaching their descendants the ways of the Archichast. They don’t generally maintain formal ranks, as members already hold seats of political power and status.
