Gods of Ithia: The Forgotten One.

The Forgotten One. God of Despair, Insanity, Shattering, Pieces, Unreality, Scars, and Deep Wounds.

Known as The Forgotten One, The Slaughtered Lamb, The Betrayed, The Scorned, The Quartered, The God of the Breaking Wheel, The Lord of Cycles, and The One in Deep Places.

The Forgotten One is no longer handsome, no longer strong, he in the peak of his powered challenged the Gods and they tore him down. Mealis, Brilliant Mealis, scoured his skin with holy light. Paladar, Valiant Paladar, took off an arm. Na’Tally, Devious Na’Tally, swept him from his legs and so fondly bore into his spine a dagger sweet with poison. Dreous, Dark Dreous, cut from his breast his divine heart. Tristia, Manic Tristia, drew across his throat a blade like a bow in a violinist’s hand and stole away his blood. Avenus, Avenus, Judge of All, bound him to a breaking wheel, fusing flesh to wood and shattering the bones in his body. Zatolen, Zatolen Chief of the Gods, carried the broken man away from the heavens and stripped away his pain. The broken god was given succor and care by Solus and Dragoul, who accepted another into their eternal flock. He returned to his kin as a God of the Coven, a broken thing made whole once more.

The Forgotten One is beyond mortal emotions. He has transcended flesh, and his immortal body rests upon its eternal wheel. Those who genuinely believe in him can feel his presence and hear his whispers. He is not silent, but he is patient and eternal. Many of the other Coven Gods fear what he has or might become. Even Miecara cannot sway the spirit freed from the prison of flesh. He leads the Coven of Despair through his highest Witches and Warlocks. A broken corpse god forever bound to a wheel. Though his voice still echoes from beyond the Veil.
