Writing Worlds with Words

Gods of Ithia: Brother Dearest.

The Brother Dearest. God of Deceit, Speech, Words, Orators, Liars, Tongues, Idols, and Ascension.

Known as Brother Dearest, The Deceiver, The Gilt Tongue, The Orator, The Puppet Master, The Fire Stoker, The Thunderous Voice, and The Will Breaker.

Brother Dearest is handsome, beautiful even, like some masterwork statue of a God decided to walk. His hair is split between blonde on one side and black on the other. His eyes are pale, like the irises are captured spirits. He wears delicate, intricate, and sometimes flamboyant clothes that would put the clothes of Paramori and Freian nobles to shame. His smile, his smile, can move mountains, melt hearts, tame shrews, and disarm the most cautious hero. He is the bad boy of romances, the betrayer of stories, the serpent in the garden, and the father who abuses not with force but by twisting the world with words until nothing real is left.

Brother Dearest is a mirror that reflects your shallow desires. He is the valiant hero, the gritty antihero, the sadist boytoy, the tender lover, he is the whispered nothings, hot breath upon the ear, lips nibbling on the neck, and the soft brush of skin on thigh. He is the seducer, the one-night stand, the promised love, the tarnished ring, the best friend, the confidant, and the best man. Brother Dearest leads the Deceit Coven and is all obsession, all control, and all beauty.
