The One who Sleeps is rarely vertical, being carried upon the shoulders of her warlocks on a lounge. She radiates a strange, dreamy beauty, drawing on her Fae ancestors not with glamour but with pure, weaponized beauty. She wears sheer white clothing, though enough woolen overclothes to maintain modesty, only hinting at exposure. She plays with her thick curly black hair, and her eyes glimmer like an emerald at the bottom of a clear blue lake, with a mixture of green and almost clear blue, and are never more than half opened. 

The One who Sleeps is deadly intelligent, a mastermind, a manipulator, and a twister of every word. She haunts the mind, pulls strings, guides with pale hands, and twists people around her words so tightly they believe her ideas were their own from the start. She rules over the Sloth Coven as a first among equals. She promotes freedom among her followers and is one of the more powerful of Miecara’s children.
