The Priest is a focused divine caster, instilling the will of their God into power. Priests serve as leaders of temples, healers, spreaders of faith, and primarily as temple staff. Unlike clerics, they do not receive martial training. Higher ranking Priests also serve as bureaucrats in larger divine orders and are generally the leadership of any God’s servants. Some more martial-aligned Gods do pick their Clerics and Paladins to lead. Priests typically serve as the Voices of the Gods in mortal affairs. 

The Priests are powerful wielders of divine will, channeling prayer and power gifted by their patron. They can call upon far greater quantities of divine power than Clerics or Paladins. They can wield pure holy energy, drawing on the raw power of their Gods to repel unnatural creatures and outsiders, or to enslave them with the divine will.  Priests can not be invested in multiple Gods, being far more attuned to their patron than Clerics.

Priests are the most ordered of the servants of the Gods. Each God maintains their own ranks.
