Aqis Oact: Goddess of the Aquatic. 

Known across the plane Aqis Oact,The Sea Witch, The Depthless, The Storm Rider, The Whale Song, The Blood Seeker, The Unseen Deep, The Deep Dark, The Kraken Queen, and The Trench Dweller. 

Aqis is a member of the Ko’Cai, The Drowning Gods, Gods of the Crossroads, and Gods of the Sea.

Aqis Oact embodies all that dwells beneath or upon the waters such as fish, whales, dolphins, sharks, and clams. All non-sapient creatures of the water fall under her domain. She is the daughter of Tal Zakra and Aqis Katar. 

Her Symbol is The Drowning Dark – A humanoid skull clenched in the skeletal jaw of a shark bound by the tentacles of a cephalopod. 

When active on Ithia, her divine body is the Water Star and bright aquatic body that pours out a stream of water that deflects the light of moons and Siger casting it in rainbows as it falls in twin streams around mount Zatolos.  

Aqis Oact’s divine realm is a beautiful palace carved of lapis lazuli and bricks of ice full of dyed water. The walls seem permeable as great deep beasts swim through with bubbles forming around them as they pass through the oxygenated passages. A great throne sits in a pool of water and brine that seems to have too different of densities to merge sits the great goddess of the beasts of the waters.  

Aqis Oact has no relics.  

Aqis Oact is all pale beauty from a far with seafoam hair and glowing red eyes to pierce any fog. The lower half of her body bleeds into the tail of an orca with four long tentacles to move her along on land. Her pale flesh is spotted to match her tail, and she has wings like a lionfish’s spines, long painted nails like the scales of koi fish, the fin of a great white, and rows of teeth from sharks, anglerfish, and other great and terrible beasts of the sea.  

Aqis Oact is a maker of deals, the beautiful terror of coming death, her moods can shift from friendly, flirty, and charismatic, to vicious terrifying predator. So long as one can keep her amused or intrigued, they get to deal with her sweet side. She drags those who displease or annoy her into the deepest depths where no screams might escape. She grants her divine servants the power to control water, command aquatic beasts, weaponize their voices, make songs to inflame passion, rage, lust, or terror. They can augment their bodies with features from aquatic creatures.  

Aqis Oact is worshipped by the species who dwell beneath the seas, sailors, and those who live on coastal lands where dangerous aquatic animals dwell. Her temples are built of decommissioned ships and statues of her often decorate household shrines. She accepts sacrifices of treasure, the bones of great beasts be they from the seas or land, and parts of decommissioned ships.
