Gods of Ithia Expanded: Kaldron the Lost Light.

Kaldron. God of Medicine, Animation, and Personification.

Known across the plane as the Kaldron, The Healer, The Magnificent Light, The Salve of Souls, The Breath of Life, The Joymaker, The Martyred God, and the Lost Light.

Kaldron was part of the Fated Crowns, The Gods of Light, The Gods of Mercy, The Gods of Wisdom, and the Gods of Shaping.

Holy Books: The Book of Crowns.

Kaldron’s physical manifestation was destroyed but his divine essence lingers having fully formed before his death. He was a son of Vutha and Talisman.

His symbol is Rune of Life – a delicate strangely curved K decorated with poppy flowers, a serpent, leeches and maggots.

Kaldron is a dead God and his Celestial Body has vanished.

Kaldron’s plane is in decay once clean sterile halls are flooded, wildflowers cover places of meditation, and silence weighs heavily where joy once resounded.

Kaldron never had any divine artifacts.

Kaldron was a clean-shaven, slight man with copper skin. Dressed in simple clothes and carrying only his medical bag and a walking staff. He would be seen traveling the world rendering aid to travelers and those too poor to retain treatment among the mortals.

Kaldron was a compassionate god, Tasmar Oriondus deemed him to weak to share his world and broke the young God. While his body is gone what he was lingers and grants what followers still remember him his words passed down family lines wield the power of potent magical healing to mend bone, regenerate limbs, and restore senses to even those denied them from birth. They can animate the inanimate, and enchant weapons based on their granted personality.

Kaldron was not worshipped, he did not hold himself above his flock but among it. He led his followers as students teaching them compassion and understanding. He sought to make peace, and small communities keep his memory alive. He is worshipped in relative secrecy, and his servants hide from those of Tasmar. They render aid while maintaining anonymity. They sacrifice their time and service to the fallen God doing what they can to make the world a better place every day than the last.

Kaldron’s Values.

Pillars (Virtues)- Compassion, Hope, Wisdom, Dedication, and Acceptance.
