The Sapfires are androgynous fae standing eight inches tall. Made of hollow gold laced with sapphire and burning blue plasma. Sapfires are disconnected at the middle where the large blue Heart Stone sits and is the center of their being. They have hair made of golden thread and eyes of blue plasma. They have no mouths and have faux pointed ears.  

The Sapfires are powerful bulwarks in the fairy wars absorbing magic be it Fairy or Divine, Storing, Focusing, and Unleashing it in maelstroms of power. The Sapfires act as focuses being used to amplify friendly magic and as reservoirs of arcane power for casters. They can use their stored power for healing but with other healers available they are often anti-magic tanks and devasting casters.  

The Sapfires are frontline vanguard of the Life Court, commanders, assistants, and often used to clean up the worse passive magical radiation on Ithia They help prevent the spread of magical wounds and aggression from the Shadowed. 

Like most Fae Sapfires are eternal and if their mortal body is destroyed, they will reappear at their designated bed. They never age and remain appearing as fresh adults, or whatever age they choose to appear as. Sapfires are highly vulnerable in their Heart Stone, and a solid physical blow can destroy their whole physical form. Sapfires being made mostly of pure gold are soft and are not overly durable to physical damage.  ability in it.
