Gods of Ithia: Akida, Kyria, and Afrato the Three Black Hounds.

Akida the Impaler, Kyria the Nursemaid, and Afrato the Calming; Demi-Gods of Zatolen, The Three Black Hounds, and The Demi-Gods Protectors of Children.

Known as Akida, Kyria, and Afrato. The Three Black Hounds, The Dark God’s Shadows, The Scarlet Eyes, The Hounds of War, Loyal Hounds, The Unyielding, The Bane of Evil, and The Calming Paw.

Akida the sleek black hound with eyes of burning scarlet with a long muzzle standing four feet tall at the shoulder Akida has thick black fur over his back with thinner coat over his legs and head. Blood has stained his maw leaving his muzzle and paws discolored.

Kyria the fluffy black hound with a few scarlet splotches across her coat. Her bright scarlet eyes burn like distant stars. She stands four feet at the shoulder and has a regal and refined look to her. She has the fluffiest of fur of the three hounds of Zatolen.

Afrato the largest of the black hounds with a short coat and a shorter muzzle with large saber teeth. He stands six feet at the shoulder with thick muscled limbs and body. He has large floppy ears and almost looks like a healthier breed of bulldog mixed with mastiff.

Akida is the embodiment of Zatolen’s wrath towards those who’d dare to harm the helpless. He is the sword of the three hounds and is known for tearing out the throats of abusers of women, children, and the infirm. He is aggressive and hot blooded but not towards children.

Kyria is the embodiment of Zatolen’s care towards those in need. She is calm, loyal, and dedicated to helping children. She is a prim, reserved, and delicate hound who guides, herds, and protects children.

Afrato is the embodiment of Zatolen’s protective nature standing as a wall against any harm that may come. He is big, snuggly, and radiates a sense of calm which he uses to lower stress. He rarely turns to violence, but a single swipe of his paw is enough to floor fully grown men, and he often bats annoyances and threats about until they give up and leave.
