The Horned Hob stands five feet tall, they are skinny, lithe, creatures. They have light green skin speckled with black freckles. All their limbs are double jointed. They have little to no visible muscle mass. They have long black polished horns. 

The Horned Hobs are natural discordmancers able to disrupt reality and infuse absurdity into it. They twist reality in limited ways and duration to their benefits. Their limbs are all double joined, their torso bone structure is more flexible and has more give allowing them to squeeze through smaller spaces. 

The Horned Hob are goblinoid lieutenants, spellcasters, and agents of the will of Haltheris. They manage the teeming hordes of Goblins for the higher ups, serve as assistants, and agents to the leaders of the Horde. 

The Horned Hob is rather fragile with lighter bones than other greenskins. They are meant for speed and agility and have little muscle mass.
