An Advanced Creature Profile by Vincent Groth.
The Brulin is a large goblinoid Greenskin species. They stand around five feet tall. They are made from saplings or briars, can reproduce, and are bound to the Horde. Large, dim, and physically slow the Brulin is a large with small tusks, large, pointed ears, a short, hooked nose, and a thick set brow. They have the least sexual dimorphism of the Goblinoids. They have brownish skin like the stems they were formed from.
The Brulin are quite strong though lacking dexterity their ‘blood’ is more viscous than mammals and quickly seals wounds. Their skin is surprisingly thick and loose often catching weapons not properly maintained. They have solid night vision and can emit a subsonic sound for long range communication, though their hearing isn’t on par with the Common Goblin. Unlike most actual green skins, they cannot supplement their diets with photosynthesis. Brulin do have some degree of minor camouflage as their skin tries to match the browns around them.
The Brulin are heavy laborers serving to move heavy materials like logs, stone, ore, and water through a settlement. They’re used for manning water pumps but aren’t useful for any tasks that require finesse, skill, or thought. They make solid shock troops able to crash into enemy formations without armor and having decent survivability.
Brulin are suspectable to salt and focused holy energy though they are unphased by the light of Siger. Brulin are extremely dim, uncoordinated, and dull minded making them solely useful for simple tasks and brute force combat.
