The Pale Ladies.  Of the Service Clans the Pale Ladies are masters of blood and serve as wall flowers when not needed. Often alchemists the Pale Ladies serve as medical assistants who can purify the blood. Though they are the Pale Ladies they recruit both genders. 

The Pale Ladies drink blood and heal faster than their origin species. The Pale Ladies can see all that has been stained by blood, blood glows to their eyes and they can see it pulsing in veins. The Pale Ladies can command Mosquitos and turn into a swarm of them. Pale Ladies can filter contaminates from blood and return it to their victims. Most commonly they filter out the material bane of a species ground to find powders and used as poison in food and drink. 

The Pale Ladies die in direct sun light. The touch of course or rough fabrics inflict unimaginable pain to them. The scent of garlic and onions repels them.
