People of Ithia: The Kiln.

The Kiln are strange mostly civilized humanoids they seem to be made of silicon over black flesh with green viscous fluids. Some have a porcelain doll look to their faces while others look to have exposed skulls. The Kiln are reasoned to be some remnant of the previous cycle some old spark of divinity giving rise to new or old life. They are rarely emotional and highly territorial of their lands. Many humans see them as evil, but they are generally not aggressive unless provoked.  When roused the Kiln slaughter and enslave all that stand in their way until they’ve decided the payment for their ire is settled. Kiln are capable of reproducing as examples of their youth have been noted and studied. Their young have skin as black as pitch not forming the bright white to grey silicon shell until puberty, where it develops until it covers the body at adulthood. The material is not able to stop steel weapons but can stop a good deal of blunt force and stone edges. 

The Kiln vital fluid rapidly congeals upon contact with the air turning to a near paste stopping bleeding almost as fast as its started. They are stronger than most human species, more durable as their circulatory system isn’t centralized and have fewer vital organs to strike and are almost immune to bleed out. The Kiln mainly build underground but have large fortresses around their entrances and farmlands where slaves work their
