Creatures of Ithia Expanded: The Nymphs Masters of Nature.

An Advanced Creature Profile by Vincent Groth.

The Nymphs are humanoid fae  with short antennae, large butterfly wings, and earthen colored bodies. They stand above the other Fairies as the rulers of the Nature Court. They have big poofy hair like blooming cotton, clouds, or dandelion fluff. The Nymph stands a foot tall, with too big eyes, inhumanly thin waists, and over all a strange doll like appearance. The Nymphs are powerful naturalists who can manipulate everything from the ground to weather.

The Nymphs can hover, fly, and swim through soft earth Nymphs have a wide range of power able to summon and control lightning, water, animals, plants, weather patterns, and shape earth and stone. Their ability to channel lightning, control water, and summon gales of wind keep the Nymphs firmly at the top of the Fae pecking order.

The Nymphs tend to wildlife, gardens, and maintain the Wilders. They help plants grow, keep the Great Tree thriving and supporting the Fae Courts, and keep the other Fae in balance. The Nymphs rule the Nature court beneath the High Queen Magenta Viilnor.

Like most Fae Nymphs are eternal and if their mortal body is destroyed, they will reappear at their designated bed. They never age and remain appearing as fresh adults, or whatever age they choose to appear as. They are highly vulnerable to Iron. Nymphs dislike salt, and it will harm them like plants when their soil salted.
