Haltheris father of the Green Skins and the most active and antagonistic of the Gods he has taken the Lead of all the Gods who hold malice in their hearts. Haltheris is dark power, uncaring madness, malicious, sadistic, and over all monstrous. He revels in breaking the minds of mortals, turning friends against friends, taking away everything those who defy him until they long for death and then deny them even that. Haltheris has a base cunning which combined with overwhelming brute force allows him to lure foes into believing him a dumb brute.

His symbol is the One Eye—a single great, all-seeing eye. Tendrils reach forth from all sides, spreading his influence in all directions.

When active on Ithia, Haltheris’ celestial body is the Eye of Madness a second Star of black fire resembling an eye with a red core surrounded in long tendrils of plasma, violently purple lightning flickers across its surface. It casts no light on the world below, but its presence seems to mute colors making them pale imitations of what they were without it. While active everything seems and feels worse, its light weighs on the soul like a rain of lead.

Haltheris’ Divine Realm is a massive chasm carved and shaped into his palace where he sits upon a volcano carved into his throne. Molten Earth cushions his seat of power and flows across the floor. Here the souls he has corrupted lay in cages forced to scream and sing to Haltheris’ glory. Halls connect to the great chasm moving like a maze through the walls, floor, and ceiling connecting in odd and ignoring the physical space connecting to places far away.

Haltheris doesn’t maintain any magical artifacts.

Haltheris is a walking mountain of craggy stone and warped flesh oozing streams of magma. He has one great burning eye from which tendrils of wispy darkness flicker seeking to latch onto minds and pull consciousness into its depth. His large brown flows outward forming two great unsymmetrical twisting antlers. His maw is a great mess of tusks like a hippo. He is the one of the largest gods surpassed only by Siger’Alst and Talcor.

A chaotic, monster of a God who thrives in war, chaos, slaughter, and terror. He reigns over the Goblins, Orks, Trolls, Ogres, Cyclops, and other species he’s tainted. He is malicious, paranoid, petty, and selfish. Haltheris is devious, vicious, willing to harm his own goals to cause pain and strife he is the one who broke Ogrell and Maliessence. He grants his few trusted followers to corrupt the minds of their foes, create illusions, warp flesh, enslave outsiders, command lightning, turn inorganic matter into edible mass, and turn plants, animals, and sapient creatures into servants of the Horde.

Haltheris is a selfish, vain, and malicious god who demands worship daily and his followers worship him each day with the dying of the day. As his flocks are generally too large to fit in mere temples his people gather before raised platforms in wide open areas so his clerics and priests can lead his worship. Haltheris demands sacrifice of wealth and food, lives be they beast or people, and sacrifice of the follower’s own blood in tithe. Haltheris refuses to raise his followers to sainthood to avoid the chance they may seek to surpass him.
