Known as Waltier Witherward, The Great Scribe, The First Wizard, The Reader of Cards, The Far Sighted, The Wizen, The Written Wizard, The Loremaster, The Keeper of Tomes, and The Time Keeper.  

Waltier Witherward, Avatar of Septriss, embodiment of Septriss’ domains over Knowledge. A tall, slender, and silver haired man in large sky-blue robes covered in moving clouds. It shows all active divine celestial bodies. His long beard which reaches past the floor is straight and flowing with the ends bound to the handle of a scroll which he keeps rolled up. He uses his beard as a place to keep notes. He has a red, yellow, and blue monocle, long white hair with balding up front. He has an assortment of staffs he maintains. 

Witherward is calm, patient, and understanding. It takes a lot to move Witherward towards action let alone violence and he abhors killing, at least by his hand, and avoids taking lives when able. Deemed one of the most intelligent people on Ithia and the most well written and read Witherward is the founder of the Colleges of Arcana. He has few legendary deeds to his name as most of his time is spent chronicling the world’s histories and stories.
