Oasis Mages are natural spell casters and have no formal organization. The Oasis Mages are potent spell casters with blood lines leading back to Lira. The Oasis Mages help maintain life in the Lands of Kain able to spawn new Oasis to keep the Kaiden people alive. 

Water gathers around Oasis Mages it bends to their will. They control and command it, drawing moisture from the air towards them in a radius that measures dozens of miles.  They create familiars of living water draw water from other connected planes allowing life to form around them even in the heat scarred lands of Kain. Oasis Mages while arcane in nature generally stand as pseudo priestesses to Lira. Plants often start to sprout where Oasis Mages have walked and many take to wearing dresses of flowing water around them to keep cool during the hot days in the lands of Kain. Some say they can even tear the water from the living mummifying them or bend bodies to their will like puppets.
