Creatures of Ithia: Fae-Warped, Concept-Blooded, and Unknown Outsiders.

The Lyrd are monstrous, creatures resembling the starved body of a cow that has risen up onto its hind legs. The Lyrd have spiked lower hoovers with twisted hooves on their upper limbs which are like the pincers of a crab allowing them to grasp basic weapons. Lyrd often wear sparse outfits of humanoid leather, wood, and bone with small chimes from broken metal weapons they’ve collected. It’s unsure where Lyrd come from, no God claims them, and they are driven to kill all sapient creatures they encounter. The only way one might avoid death against the Lyrd are to slay them or submit to their chains and slavery to the Lyrd is no mercy.

The Absine are strange, beautiful, creatures brought into the world where the Fae plane has bled into the mortal coil. They are humanoids with twisting horns, long ears on the side of their head, big golden eyes, tan skin, hooves, and a long fluff tipped tail. Absine are studded in golden amber that grows on their foreheads, shoulders, wrists, and thighs. They grow golden apple trees and guard their orchards closely. They are powerful fae shaped creatures and often rise to stations of pagan deities in primitive cultures. The Absine have some power to warp their realities to a limited degree and are willing to trade their delicious and very potent ciders.

The Frau are primitive smaller humanoids resembling frogs that are a range of greens and black. They dwell in swamps, build homes where access is exclusively underwater. The Frau are gathers of herbs, hunters of wetlands, and have a powerful paralytical saliva which they use to stun their prey to safely swallow them whole.

The Sand Demons are strange humanoids with reddish skin, golden scaling, and large black manes that run down their back. Their clawed hands and feet are webbed, and they sport long finned tails. Believed to be an aberrant demon breed which has broken their conceptual origins to dwell solely on the mortal plane. Sand Demons can swim through sand and mud like its water moving through it to ambush and strike at unsuspecting prey. Sand Demons are skittish around other predators and rarely engage other creatures equal to their size unless they heavily out number them.

The Yeti are large, hulking primates, native to cold lands. These great wooly creatures form structures of wood and enchanted sapphire ice that will not melt to anything but the most extreme of heats. They wield weapons of flint and armor of strange, carbonized wood similar in strength to bronze.

The Goita are strange goatmen who haunt the coldest of places from conceptual icy wastelands to mortal glaciers. The Goita are secretive, violent, and unnaturally durable not needing to rely on armor to protect themselves from lighter weapons. Goita kill any who stumble upon their settlements and often are seen working with servants of Mire.

Kryn are one of the strangest of creatures with a face like a bird’s skull with burning blue eyes, a black mane of hair with large, pointed fox ears. They have feathered shoulders and arms with clawed hands and a fury body with a long tail and hooved feet. Kryn seem to be found only on Dodicerous where the fairy lands bleed into the mortal world the most heavily.

The Moorharai are strange creatures formed where a fairy Queen or Princess has spilled blood on the mortal coil. This of course only occurs for the few Fairy Royalty that can actually bleed. Moorharai are not Fae as they can permanently die and are not bound to the Fae plane. They have marble white or void black bodies which can be either very tall or quite short. Very thick or stick thin the Moorharai does not do moderation in body types. They have short or long singular horns, equine ears, and big manes of curly hair that often runs down to the ground. Their feet grow hooves that have been styled to resembled heels which limits their mobility quite substantially. They wield high degrees of raw arcane power and can stand on par with most masters of the arcane craft.
