The Cychast are a moderately organized order of spellcasters dedicated to the mad will of Haltheris. Marked by the symbol of the eye often on plates set above their foreheads. They form small militant orders that do their best to undermine local governments and sow chaos to the enemies of Haltheris. They can wear armor, though can’t cover their heads save for their iconic plate or their psionic abilities will be disrupted. 

The Cychast possess supernatural sight, can view surface thoughts, and project bursts of telekinetic force from the center of the forehead. The metal plates they wear over them, often a highly conductive metal, is in theory meant to help channel the energy.
