Shade Casters have no formal organization and are arcane servants of Tal Seir. The Shade Casters often serve as assassins, thieves, and scouts for various criminal organizations and some militaries. 

Shade Casters can take possession of their shadow abandoning their bodies to move around as their shadow. Able to scout out paths, check on loot, observe patrol routes, and otherwise observe from the shadows they are highly sought after lookouts, scouts, and spies. 

Shade Casters have no formal institutions, and thus, have no standardized ranks.
