Known across the plane as Aqis Oact, The Sea Witch, The Depthless, The Storm Rider, The Whale Song, The Blood Seeker, The Unseen Deep, The Deep Dark, and The Kraken Queen. 

Her Symbol is The Drowning Dark – A humanoid skull clenched in the skeletal jaw of a shark bound by the tentacles of a cephalopod. Daughter of Tal Zakra and Aqis Katar.

Aqis Oact is all pale beauty from afar, flowing hair like the froth of the sea, glowing red eyes that pierce any fog. The waters bend to her movements, the tides fall in bowing supplication at her rise. The lower half of her body flows into the tail of an orca with four long tentacles, the fin of a great white rises from her back, and her pretty black lips part along with her cheeks to show off rows of teeth. 

Aqis Oact is a maker of deals, the beautiful terror of coming death. She is friendly, flirty, and radiates charisma when amused or intrigued. Though those who displease or annoy Aqis Oact she’ll drag into the deeps and drown where no screams can escape. She grants her divine servants the power to control water, summon and control creatures of the sea, weaponize their voices as sonic attacks, make songs to inflame passion, rage, lust, or terror, and augment their bodies with the features of aquatic creatures.
