Slimes are a type of Horror made by Sultria’s whims. Made of thick viscous ooze that generally has a highly corrosive quality. Generally, ambush predators they like to lay in wait for the right time to strike. Removing pieces of a slime kills the smaller part of it. Fire and Ice is highly effective against Slimes. 

Puddle Slime are small unformed slimes often clear. They feed off algae, mold, bacteria, and small organisms. They can be kept by societies for sanitation purposes. They are not intelligent enough to be actively hostile. 

Bugcatcher Slime are medium humanoid creatures with rough melting appearances. Even covered Bugcatcher Slimes cannot pass as proper humanoids. They feed on insects and small mammals like rodents. They generally are not actively hostile. 

Marsh Slime are medium humanoid creatures that can appear to be made of living mud. Often camouflaged in grass and cattails Marsh Slimes feed off dead and rotting meet, blood, insects, and amphibians. They can be aggressive towards unaware sapient creatures but will not attack creatures bigger than rabbits if not able to catch them unaware. 

Maneater Slime are larger humanoid slimes who are coordinated and stable enough to conceal themselves under clothing well enough to pass at distance. They are highly corrosive to organic material and far more aggressive than previous variants. 

Johin are large brutish slimes with crystalized exteriors serving as brute labor and defenders of a true slime hive. Johin are highly aggressive against anything foreign to their hive.   

Josquin are smaller more solid humanoid slimes serving as the caretakers of a slime Matriarch.  They are less capable in combat than Johin but can spit acid long distances. 

Slime Matriarch are the intelligence behind a hive. More solidified like the Josquin than other slimes with crystalized forearms, legs, and a long tail with a stabbing spike. The Matriarch is generally large and amass biomass to create Johin and Josquin as well as other slimes. Slime Matriarchs are created by a drop of Sultria’s blood.
