Puppet Mage have no formal institutions and sell their bodies out to Outsiders. They can come from any social class.  

They are powerful casters with abilities and magic based on the outsider they’ve made deals with. They can have truly terrifying power and often summon and manipulate minions of their dealmaker. Their magic drains Consciousness causing them to become tired, fatigued, and if overdrawn can cause a comatose state. 

Puppet Mages do not have any formal organization and, thus, do not have a standardized ranking system. When unconscious their body continues to move as a puppet to their Outsider master.
