Appearing as crotchety old men in ragged clothing and wielding a large broom. They are hearth fairies and keep the Order streets pristine. They clean mortal homes in exchange for milk and bread.

The Elphos are members of the Commoner Caste of the Order Court. These small androgynous fae are small, stumpy creatures with too large ears. Their legs are short with stubby toes like an elephant. They perform basic unskilled labor and are very good at gardening.
