Gods of Ithia: Zerairel the Pilgrim.

Zerairel. God of Respite, Wisdom, Travel, and The Journey.

Known across the plane as Zerairel, The Pilgrim, The Guiding Wind, The First Step, The Wayfinder, and The Solitary One. Child of Soulus and Mara’Dia. His servants leave food and drink at small shrines to Zerairel along paths to offer succor to travelers.

His Symbol is The First Step – A walking stick with a bag tied to one side and a waterskin on the other.

Zerairel is a man, old, weathered, and tired. They take the form of the species that looks upon him. Walking hunched over, reliant on a crooked branch for a walking stick with a bag tied to one curved branch.

Zerairel is kind and compassionate and encourages those below to see the world. He walks the world’s paths, appearing as a vulnerable traveler, much to the dismay of bandits and monsters who prey on the roads. He does not see himself above the mortals and considers himself the soles that support their journey. Zerairel grants his divine servants unmatched spells to combat fatigue and weariness and refresh the mind, body, and soul. They can create food and water. Lastly, they can grant hastened movement.
