Writing Worlds with Words

Gods of Ithia: Talisman the World Bearer.

Talisman. Goddess of Innocence, Compassion, Mercy, Imagination, and Self Sacrifice.

Known across the plane as Talisman, Talikosa, The Keeper of Innocence, The Divine Compassion, The Imaginary Friend, The Blessed Mercy, The World Bearer, and The Little Conscience. Talisman is the firstborn of the Fates, a compassionate god who takes place as the imaginary friend of the young and lonely. Mother of the Red Dragons, Blue and Red Elves.

Her Symbol is the World Bearer – Two pale hands holding up the flat expanse of Ithia.

Talisman is a small, thin woman with long cotton candy-colored hair, mismatched eyes, and milk-pale skin. Her form changes based on the viewer, usually the same age and species.

Talikosa is the largest of the dragon descendants of Taclor, with scales in a spectrum of red from brightest pink to near black. Her horns curve to form half hearts on the sides of her head.

She is calm, shy, and somber. She can become quite outgoing around children and happy to play with the young. She is the guide through the innocence of children to the transition of adulthood. She doesn’t like conflict and has ordained that she shall feel the pain of every mortal creature so that they will know that someone can understand their pain. She grants her divine servants the most potent healing, which, unlike almost all others, causes no pain to the receiver. The power to preserve the dead, reduce or slow aging, cause flowers to bloom, restore fertility to the soil, and break curses that create Undead.
